The animals are carefully selected and slaughtered at
approved abattoir under the full veterinary authority supervision and approval.The carcasses are inspected and processed at the meat processing
plant complying to food safety hygiene and standard requires by the authority.The carcasses are cut and packed in
carton boxes, frozen to - 18°C in the
freezer and ready to be shipped out to Malaysia in freezer container -18°C.
